Tickets Now On Sale
Approximately 50,000
movie tickets have been sold, over 200 independent, foreign and classic films
have been exhibited, and thousands of students have experienced media education
programs since the doors of the RFC opened in May 2008. We're celebrating
the occasion with the Robinson Film Center's Birthday Street-Bash, Saturday,
June 6, 4:00 PM until closing in the 500 block of Louisiana Avenue.
A street party and crawfish boil, the event will feature all-you-can-eat
crawfish with all the trimmings, beer, live music, and King Creole starring Elvis Presley on the big
screen. All-inclusive tickets are only $50 and are available for purchase
on-line, by phone, or in person. All proceeds benefit the cultural and
educational programs of the RFC.
